As it happens this was the location of the recent marriage of Tom Cruise. More importantly it is the home of a small but perfectly formed collection of arms. For my own enjoyment there were a number of very attractive cup hilt rapiers.

I am not sure whether the owners of the castle realise the importance, or just plain interest, of these items to the western martial arts community. It is one of the few places where taking photos did not seem to be an issue. So for the delectation of those who are interested in said items I present a number of images for your delectation.
