There are full changing facilities, male and female. The formal classes are on Wednesday, sessions will start at 7.30pm and finish at 10.00pm. There is on street parking. The venue is well signed and can be easily seen from Manor Road.

The SRS will be at the Manor Gym with the other community groups – who use the gym regularly – to give people a chance the have a go, as part of the Brighton and Hove initiative "Take Part".
