The Linhay is a newly converted former barn, with beautiful views of the Camel estuary, in a peaceful rural location. The cottage is located only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful fishing harbour of Padstow and the market town of Wadebridge, and is  just a short walk or cycle ride to the Camel Trail.

The property can sleep 6/8 people. There is parking for 2+ cars, a large garden complete with a decking area, extensive lawns and a paddock.

The interior comprises fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge all with high vaulted ceilings and slate floors. The lounge includes a double sized sofa bed. There is one king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room plus 2 further bedrooms with single beds that each has another pullout single bed and a separate family bathroom.

We regret that no dogs are allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the property.
