Early afternoon
From early in the afternoon there will be members of the BFHS found at the Holiday Inn Express located only 2 minutes’ walk from the front door of the Royal Armouries. Anyone arriving early will be welcomed and helped with check-in. You may like to spend this time exploring the Royal Armouries collection (closes at 5.00pm, entrance is free).

Friday evening
Informal drinks reception
Join fellow delegates in the lobby and restaurant of the Holiday Inn Express. We will attempt to keep the kitchens open for food orders slightly later than usual for any delegates who may have to forego dinner while travelling.
